Hallo,
da ich beruflich die nächste Zeit selten in Berlin sein werde biete ich meine schöne 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Samariterkiez (nahe S+U Frankfurter Allee) zur Zwischenmiete für 2-6 Monate an, vom 07.01.2020 bis Juni 2020. Ggf. auch Übernahme der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG eines ruhigen Hinterhofhauses, es ist Ein-Zimmer, mit Flur, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, auch mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, kleiner TV, Internet/WiFi und dem typischen Holzdielenboden eines Altbaus. Es gibt keinen Balkon.
Private Sachen (Kleidung etc.) werden bei deinem Einzug nicht mehr da sein - du hast genug Stauraum für all deine Sachen.

It's a bright lovely 1 room flat in a quiet backyard building in central Friedrichshain. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, bathroom with shower. No balcony. In a 10 min walk you can reach S+U Frankfurter Allee or the Boxhagener Platz.
Near around you'll find lots of Cafés, Restaurants, Spätis & Bars.
My private stuff (clothings etc.) will be removed so the space is all yours.
Die Wohnung nahe der Samariterkirche im Kiez ist fußläufig von S+U Frankfuter Allee (Ringbahn und U5), innerhalb von 15min ist man am Alexanderplatz und durch die S-Bahn ist die Anbindung zu Flughafen, ZOB, etc ausgezeichnet.
Direkt im Kiez gibt es verschiedene Späits, Cafés, Dönerläden, Restaurants und einen Edeka sowie eine Bio Company.
Am Boxi ist man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch zum Ausgehen am RAW / Warschauer Str. braucht man insgesamt nur 20 Minuten.
Das Wohnklima im Haus ist ruhig und freundlich. Genau so bist du im Idealfall auch ;)
