I’m renting it at a very fair price (even Mietendeckel-compliant), and in return I’d like to find a very quiet and reliable person that takes care of the apartment and the plants.
I will ask for a work contract and a Haftpflichtversicherung (insurance for damages, including key loss).
The apartment is completely furnished and has a small balcony, bathroom with shower, custom-built loft bed, washing machine, wireless internet, wooden floor. Its big, south-facing windows let the sun enter directly in the morning until midday or early afternoon. It’s fit for one person only.

Es handelt sich um eine vollständig möblierte Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon, Bad mit Dusche, Hochbett, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Dielenboden. Sie hat zwei große Fenster zur Südlage und Sonne am Morgen und Mittag. Es passt für EINE Person.
Near Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Straße, in a very quiet street in front of a small park.
The metro stop (U5) is 5 minute away by foot and the Volkspark Friedrichshain 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. Simon-Dach Straße is 7 minute walk.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der nähe von Frankfurter Tor und Warschauer Straße, im ersten OG, direkt um einem kleinen Park.
Nächste U-Bahn: U5 Frankfurter Tor oder Weberwiese. Warschauer Straße ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 5 Minuten von Fahrrad entfernt; Simon-Dach Straße ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
It’s a very quiet building, so it’s not the right place for parties or loud events. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
