Located on the border of Prenzlauerberg, the flat is in a bit calmer area of Friedrichshain but brings you to the busy streets of Boxhagener Kiez within 5 min of public transport, 20 min by foot, and 7 min by bike.
The area is nice for walks with all of the parks.
Next train stations:
Strassmannstraße (m10)
Storkowerstr (S41/42)
Warschauer Str (S7,3,7,9)
The next supermarkets are Edeka, Denn‘s and Lidl, ReWe & Netto.
The closest one is approximately 5 min away by foot and offers everything.
Saturdays there is a lovely food market at Boxhagener Platz, Sunday’s the fleamarket.
The whole flat can be used for this time
The immediate surroundings are rather quiet. Here you will find a few pubs, a handful of different restaurants and cafes.
10 minutes walk from Boxi with a weekly market, many cafes, bars and restaurants. 10 minutes from Friedrichshain Park for a bit of nature and peace.
Shopping facilities Edeka, Denn's, Lidl and Aldi within walking distance (3-10 minutes). Well connected with the m10, U5, Ringbahn. Good connection to S Warschauerstraße with the S7, S3, S9, S75 etc. to the city center.
The neighbors are super sweet and we treat each other respectfully. Therefore, it is not a party house.
I am leaving this apartment mid may and offering it or someone to stay until I hand it over to the landlord.
