Ich bin vom 01.01.22 bis 01.07.22 nicht in der Stadt und möchte meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit untervermieten. Die Miete beträgt 580 EUR pro Monat und es wäre eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 EUR zu entrichten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 11. Stock und hat einen ganz passablen Ausblick. Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle die groß genug sind für Fahrräder.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung 30m² groß und Küche und Wohnzimmer sind in einem Raum.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ostbahnhof (1 Minute Fußweg) und hat somit eine perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nah- und Fernverkehr. Die Spree ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und bis zum Ufer zugänglich.
Die Warschauer Straße ist 1 Station und der Alexanderplatz 2 Stationen mit der S-Bahn entfernt. Das Berghain ist direkt um die Ecke. Wenn man möchte ist man außerdem relativ schnell in Kreuzberg oder im Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Es gibt 3 Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür. 2 davon befinden sich im Bahnhof und sind 7 Tage die Woche von 7.00 bis 0.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Since I am not there from 01.01.22 until 01.07.22, I would like to sublet my apartment during this time. So if you are looking for an apartment for 3 - 6 months, feel free to contact me. The rent is 580 EUR per month and a deposit of 300 EUR would have to be paid.

Otherwise, the apartment is 30m² and the kitchen and living room are in one room.
The apartment is located directly at the Ostbahnhof (1 minute walk) and thus has a perfect connection to local and long-distance transport. The Spree can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is accessible to the shore.
Warschauer Strasse is one stop and Alexanderplatz is 2 stops away by S-Bahn. The "Berghain" is right around the corner. You can also get to Kreuzberg or Volkspark Friedrichshain relatively quick.
There are 3 supermarkets right outside the door. Two of them are located in the train station and are open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to midnight.
