Haus:
Das Gebäude befindet sich in Berlin-Friedrichshain in der Rigaer Straße, zwei Minuten entfernt von der Ringbahn- und U-Bahn-Station U5 Frankfurter Allee.

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im Hinterhaus im 4. OG - diese verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer (Ausrichtung Norden), ein innen liegendes modernes Bad sowie eine große und gemütliche Küche (Ausrichtung Süden). Alle Nachbarn sind ruhig und keine WGs wohnen in diesem Haus.

Küche:
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Teller und Besteck. Sowie eine große Anzahl von Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Einen Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler sowie Wasserkocher und Toaster sind auch vorhanden.

Bad:
Das innen liegende Badezimmer, ca. 5 m² groß, verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten stehen auch zur Verfügung.

Pflanzen:
Da Pflanzen die natürliche Umgebung verbessern, besitze ich selbst (siehe Fotos) eine Vielzahl von Zimmerpflanzen, die es mögen, wild und durcheinander zuwachsen. Wäre super, wenn die zukünftige Mieter*in einen kleinen grünen Daumen mitbringen könnten.

Internet mit einem WLAN-Router 50-MBit vorhanden.

Kosten:
In den Kosten sind alle anfallenden Kosten bereits abgedeckt: Miete, Strom, Wasser, Hausratversicherung sowie Internet und GEZ.

The building is located in Berlin-Friedrichshain on Rigaer Straße, two minutes away from Train station S41/42 and U-Bahn station U5 Frankfurter Allee.

Apartment:
The apartment itself is located in the rear building on the 4th floor - this has a large bedroom (facing north), an interior modern bathroom and a large and cozy kitchen (facing south). All neighbors are quiet and no WGs live in this house.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. As well as a large number of storage facilities. A stove, oven, fridge, freezer and kettle and toaster are also available.

Bathroom:
The interior bathroom about 5 m² in size has a shower and a washing machine. Many storage facilities are also available.

Plants:
Since plants enhance the natural environment, I myself own (see photos) a variety of houseplants that like to grow wild. Would be great if the future tenant could bring a little green thumb.
