Hello dear WG-Gesucht people,
I will be out of Berlin from 06.05. till 25.08.2024 and my beautiful and cosy and very clean flat would be empty and happy to welcome some of you!
As you can see from the photos, the flat consists of a big living room with a comfortable sofa, a lovely kitchen where you can cook your delicious lunches/dinners, a bathroom with a big leopard-shaped shower curtain, a big veranda where you can enjoy the sun and have long breakfasts, and a sweet bedroom.
The flat is always very bright thanks to the huge windows and when you open them you will feel like you are on a balcony <3
You will always be in the company of my babies (my plants). And if you want to have the flat, you'd better have a green thumb or learn to have one ;)

ich werde für die Zeit 06.05. bis 25.08.2024 nicht in Berlin sein und meine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung wäre leer und würde sich freuen, einige von euch zu begrüßen!
Wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, besteht die Wohnung aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa, einer hübschen Küche, in der ihr leckere Mittagessen/Abendessen kochen könnt, einem Badezimmer mit einem großen leopardenförmigen Duschvorhang, einer großen Veranda, auf der ihr die Sonne genießen und lange frühstücken könnt, und einem süßen Schlafzimmer.
Dank der großen Fenster ist die Wohnung immer sehr hell, und wenn du sie öffnest, wirst du das Gefühl haben, auf einem Balkon zu sein <3
Ihr werdet immer in der Gesellschaft von meinen Babys (meine Pflanzen) sein. Und wenn ihr die Wohnung haben wollt, solltet ihr besser einen grünen Daumen haben oder lernen, einen zu haben ;)

PPS: Der Hund ist nicht in der Wohnung enthalten.
The flat is only a 2-minute walk from the "Klinikum im Friedrichshain" tram stop (M5, M6, M8) and less than a 10-minute walk from the Weberwiese underground station (U5) and 15 minutes from the Landsberger Alle S-Bahn.
Just around the corner is the great Volksparkfhain, but even though the flat is centrally located, it is very quiet because the veranda leads to another park and not to the street!
Späti, kebab shops, Lidl, Rewe, Netto are all close to the building.

Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Klinikum im Friedrichshain" (M5, M6, M8) und weniger als 10 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Weberwiese (U5) und 15 Minuten von der S-Bahn Landsberger Alle entfernt.
Gleich um die Ecke ist der große Volksparkfhain, aber obwohl die Wohnung zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig, denn die Veranda führt zu einem anderen Park und nicht zur Straße!
Späti, Dönerläden, Lidl, Rewe, Netto sind alle in der Nähe des Gebäudes.
A squirrel is coming every 2-3 days near the veranda to have some nuts ;) Help him/Her since I will not be there for 3 weeks!
