Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich arbeite ab Anfang des Jahres für 4 Monate im Ausland und suche daher eine nette und vertrauensvolle Person als Zwischenmieter:in für meine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Boxhagener Platz, im Herzen Friedrichshains.
Die Wohnung ist
- ca 47qm groß und befindet sich im 3. Stock
- 1 Wohnzimmer mit Balkon
- 1 Küche; separat und vollständig ausgestattet (es gibt sogar einen Geschirrspüler!)
- 1 Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchst: Bett (140cm), Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Sofa, Sessel und Couchtisch und einen Schrank und eine kleine Kommode für deine Sachen. Es gibt außerdem jede Menge Pflanzen, die die Wohnung gemütlich und grün machen. Es wäre mir sehr wichtig, dass du dich um sie kümmerst und sie regelmäßig gießt, Bewerber:innen mit grünem Daumen haben daher sehr gute Chancen! :)
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung, aber auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen erlaubt.

Dear apartment seekers,
I am working abroad for 4 months from the beginning of the year and am therefore looking for a nice and trustworthy person as an interim tenant for my beautiful apartment directly at Boxhagener Platz, in the heart of Friedrichshain.
The apartment is
- about 47sqm in size and is located on the 3rd floor
- 1 living room with balcony
- 1 kitchen; separate and fully equipped (there is even a dishwasher!)
- 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: bed (140cm), desk with chair, sofa, armchair and coffee table and a closet and a small dresser for your things. There are also lots of plants to make the apartment cozy and green. It would be very important to me that you take care of them and water them regularly, so applicant with green thumb have very good chances! :)
It is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Boxhagener Platz und RAW Gelände, also mitten im belebten Südkiez und mit einer unendlichen Auswahl an Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, Kaffees, Geschäften und Märkten.
Innerhalb von 10 Minuten bist du an der Spree und genießt den Sonnenuntergang entweder dort oder auf der beliebten Modersohnbrücke (3 min von der Wohnung entfernt).
Yoga, mehrere Boulderhallen und Fitnesscenter sind auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer relativ belebten Kreuzung und durch die Nähe zum Boxi ist vor allem am Wochenende oft einiges los. Es kann also schon mal lauter werden, aber wenn man die Fenster schließt, ist das eigentlich kein Problem. Vorallem in den Wintermonaten, wenn die Leute mehr in den Bars als davor rumhängen, wird es deutlich ruhiger.

The apartment is located between Boxhagener Platz and RAW area, so in the middle of the lively Südkiez and with an endless choice of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, stores and markets.
Within 10 minutes you are at the Spree and enjoy the sunset either there or on the popular Modersohnbrücke (3 min from the apartment).
Yoga, several bouldering halls and fitness centers are also just a stone's throw away.
The apartment is located at a rather busy intersection and due to the proximity to the Boxi is often busy, especially on weekends. It can be a bit noisy, but if you close the windows, this is not a problem. Especially in the winter months, when people hang out more in the bars than in front of them, it is much quieter.
Die Miete der Wohnung beträgt insgesamt 900 Euro monatlich inklusive aller Nebenkosten & Internet. Zusätzlich wird eine Kaution von 700 Euro fällig, die du selbstverständlich sofort zurück bekommst, wenn du die Wohnung ordentlich und unbeschadet verlässt.
Bitte melde dich nur bei mir, wenn du die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum mieten möchtest!
Andere Anfragen werde ich leider nicht beachten können.
Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum zu übernehmen und meinen Pflanzen in dieser Zeit ein bisschen Wasser (und Liebe) zu geben, freue ich mich über deine Kontaktaufnahme!

The rent of the apartment is a total of 900 euros per month including all utilities & internet. In addition, a deposit of 700 euros is due, which you will of course get back immediately if you leave the apartment properly and undamaged.
Please contact me only if you want to rent the apartment for the whole period!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to consider other requests.
If you can imagine to take over my apartment for the period and give my plants some water (and love) during this time, I would be happy to hear from you!
