The apartment is located in a popular area. Bars, clubs, restaurants, cafés are just 2 minutes away. But the street where you will stay is calm and one of the most beautiful streets of Friedrichshain :) Also the apartment faces to the backyard. Thats why you can here more birds than cars.
You will stay in a comfy 1 bedroom apartment with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. the apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped. You can find and use almost everything what you need for living.
- 2 min walking to train station U5
- 7 min to Alexanderplatz by train
- 15 min to Centralstation/Hauptbahnhof by train (direct line)
- close stations: S+U WarschauerStraße and S Ostkreuz
- 30 seconds to Späti
- 3 min to supermarkets
- the river 'Spree' and parks are not far away.
I am living in this apartment and I would like to rent it meanwhile I am on vacation. I'm looking for a quiet and responsible person. Me and my neighbors are silent and respectful to eachother. I would like keep this harmony. No partys and loud music. No smoking inside the apartment.
