Für den Zeitraum meines Auslandssemester suche ich eine:n Untermieter:in für mein Studio Apartment direkt am Mauerpark. Für die Untermiete suche ich eine Person, die sich aktuell im Studium, Ausbildung, Traineeship, Doktorat, etc. befindet.
Eckdaten:
- Zeitraum Untermiete: 13. August 22 bis 31. Dezember 22 (genaues Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum flexibel)
- Miete: EUR 720 / Monat inkl. allen Nebenkosten
- Kaution: EUR 720 (1 Monatsmiete)
- Vollmöbliert und voll ausgestattet (siehe Fotos)
- Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage (Aufzug) und hat Südausrichtung
- Waschmaschinen/Trockner im Haus
- Coworking-Space, Aufenthaltsraum, Gemeinschaftsküche, Garten zur Mitbenutzung
- Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, daher kein grosser Lärm nachts
- es wäre toll, wenn du dich auch etwas um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest :) (ist aber kein Muss)

I am looking for a subtenant for my studio apartment near Mauerpark for the duration of my exchange semester. Please not that only people currently studying, doing a traineeship, PhD, apprenticeship, etc. can be considered.
Key data:
- sublet period: 13 August 22 until 31 December 22 (exact move in/out dates are flexible)
- Rent: EUR 720/month incl. all costs (Wifi, electricity, heating, etc.)
- deposit: EUR 720 (one month of rent)
- fully furnished and equipped (see pictures)
- apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator) and south-facing
- washer/dryer in the building
- coworking-space, common living room, common kitchen and garden for co-use
- area is super chill and not a lot of noise, especially during the night
- it would be amazing if you could also look after my plants :) (however, not a must)
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze Gesundbrunnen (Mitte) und Prenzlauer Berg. Mauerpark ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, der Humoldthain 10 Minuten. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés sind im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zahlreich vorhanden.
S+U Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen liegt 5 Minuten entfernt (Sbahn, U8), die U2 (Schönhauser Allee) ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Weitere Bus und Tramlinien vorhanden.

The apartment is located on the border of Gesundbrunnen (Mitte) and Prenzlauer Berg. Mauerpark is just 2 minutes walking distance away and Humboldthein Park 10 minutes. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes are available within 10 minutes of walking distance.
S+U station Gesundbrunnen is 5 minutes away (U8, sbahn), the U2 (Schönhauser Allee) can be reached within 10 minutes. There are other bus and tram lines nearby.
Für die Untermiete suche ich eine Person, die sich aktuell im Studium, Ausbildung, Traineeship, Doktorat, etc. befindet. Besichtigungen sind selbstverständlich möglich, vor Ort oder Online :)
Da es sich um eine Untermiete handelt ist eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich.
