Liebe Community,

ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich ab 18.09 verreist bin. Der Auszugstermin ist FLEXIBEL, sollte aber bei +- einem Monat liegen!
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und kommt mit allem was du brauchst. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.
Da keine Anmeldung möglich ist, wäre es hilfreich, wenn du dich bei Fragen als verwandtes Familienmitglied ausgibst, um unnötige Fragen zu vermeiden.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 700€ inklusive aller Kosten. Zusätzlich wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ fällig, die bei Rückgabe der Schlüssel selbstverständlich erstattet wird. Die Zahlung muss in bar erfolgen.

Details zur Wohnung:
-1 schönes, großes Zimmer mit Bett, Sofa und Tisch. Dazu Flur, Küche und Wannenbad
-Ruhige Gegend mit Tageslicht und schönen Spaziermöglichkeiten
-Zentrale Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, insbesondere auch an den Prenzlauer Berg (in der Nähe von S Gesundbrunnen und S Bornholmer Str)
-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Märkte sind in der Nähe.

I am offering my apartment as a sublet as I will be traveling from September 18th. The move-out date is FLEXIBLE, but the duration should be somewhat around 1 month.
The apartment is fully furnished and comes with everything you need. There is also a washing machine.
Since registration is not possible, it would be helpful if you pose as a related family member if you have questions to avoid unnecessary questions.

The monthly rent is €700 including all costs. In addition, a deposit of €500 is required, which will of course be refunded when the keys are returned. Payment must be made in cash.

-Quiet area with natural light and nice walks
-Central location with good transport connections, especially to Prenzlauer Berg (near S Gesundbrunnen and S Bornholmer Str)
