I leave a new studio in Berlin on June 1, 2018. It is located 5 minutes walk from a shopping center and GESUNDBRUNNEN station with the following lines:
- S-Bahn: S1, S2, S25, S26, S41, S42, RE1, RE2, RE3, RE5, RB14, RB54, EC, IC, ICE
- U-Bahn: U8
- Tramway: M13, M50
- Bus: 247, N8
There is also a park 10 minutes walk.

The studio is located in a maintained and secured residence with several common facilities:
- Gym (FREE),
- kitchen room + dining room for rent (FREE: deposit of deposit),
- work / meeting room (FREE),
- relaxation areas with babyfoot (FREE),
- common terraces on the ground floor and on the roof

The studio is 20m2 and has:
- an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven / grill, dishes, stove, saucepan and utensils)
- a work area,
- sofa bed (1.5 places + possibility to add a mattress on the floor),
- High-speed internet access
- various storage (wardrobe, shelves),
- a bathroom (shower, toilet, large mirror with lighting).

NB: The keys of the studio being electronic, a deposit of 100 euros in case of loss will be requested at the time of check-in.

Hallo allerseits !

Ich verlasse am 1. Juli 2018 ein neues Studio in Berlin. Es liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von dem Einkaufszentrum "Gesundbrunnen Center" und dem Bahnhof GESUNDBRUNNEN mit folgenden Linien entfernt:
- S-Bahn: S1, S2, S25, S26, S41, S42, RE1, RE2, RE3, RE5, RB14, RB54, EC, IC, ICE
- U-Bahn: U8
- Straßenbahn: M13, M50
- Bus: 247, N8
Es liegt auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß von einem Park.

Das Studio befindet sich in einem verzögerten und gesicherten Wohnsitz mit mehreren gemeinsamen Einrichtungen:
- Fitnessraum (kostenlos),
- ganze Küche + Esszimmer (kostenlos : Kaution)
- Arbeitszimmer / Sitzungssaal (kostenlos)
- Entspannungsräume mit Babyfoot (kostenlos)
- gemeinsame Terrassen im Erdgeschoss und auf dem Dach

Das Studio ist 20m2 und besteht aus :
- eine Küche (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle / Grill, Geschirr, Herd, Pfanne und Küchengeräte)
- ein Arbeitsraum / ein Büro
- ein Schlafsofa (1,5 Plätze + die Möglichkeit, eine Matratze auf dem Boden zu stellen)
- High-Speed-Internet
- verschiedene Schränke, Kleiderschränke, Regale
- ein Badezimmer (Dusche, WC, großen Spiegel mit Beleuchtung)

Die Miete beträgt normalerweise 550 Euro und 100 Euro von vorläufige Nebenkosten.
NB: Die Schlüssel des Studios sind elektronisch, eine Kaution von 100 Euro bei Verlust wird zum Eingang angefordert.

Bonjour tout le monde !

Je quitte un studio neuf à Berlin le 1er juin 2018. Il est situé à 5 minutes à pieds d'un centre commerciale et de la station GESUNDBRUNNEN avec les lignes suivantes :
- S-Bahn : S1, S2, S25, S26, S41, S42, RE1, RE2, RE3, RE5, RB14, RB54, EC, IC, ICE
- U-Bahn : U8
- Tramway : M13, M50
- Bus : 247, N8
Il y a aussi un parc à 10 minutes à pieds.

Le studio est situé dans une résidence entretenue et sécurisée avec plusieurs installations communes :
- salle de sport (GRATUIT),
- salle de cuisine + salle à manger à louer (GRATUIT : dépôt de caution),
- salle de travail / réunion (GRATUIT),
- espaces détentes avec babyfoot (GRATUIT),
- terrasses communes au rez de chaussée et sur le toit

Le studio fait 20m2 et comporte :
- une cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes / grill, vaisselle, poêle, casserole et ustensiles)
- un coin travail,
- un canapé-lit (1,5 place + possibilité de rajouter un matelas au sol),
- un accès à internet haut-débit,
- divers rangements (garde robe, étagères),
- une salle de bain (douche, toilettes, grand miroir avec éclairage).

Le loyer est normalement de 550 Euros ainsi que 100 Euros de charges provisoires.
NB : Les clés du studio étant électroniques, une caution de 100 euros en cas de perte sera demandée au moment du check-in.
