ich suche zur Zwischenmiete eine ruhige & verantwortungsbewusste Person, die meine Wohnung inkl. aller Habseligkeiten hütet :)
Zu den Eckdaten: 40m² Wohnung direkt beim U-Bhf Pankstr. (U8). Ihr habt hier eine ideale Infrastruktur mit Supermärkten, Shops, Öffis etc. Die Wohnung (Altbau) befindet sich in der 4. Etage und hat einen schönen Balkon. Bitte beachtet: Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und dadurch nicht sehr ruhig.
Innerhalb der Wohnung stehen euch zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung: Waschmaschine, Klavier, WLAN.
Ich suche eine verlässliche Person für die Wohnung (keine Partys erwünscht). Der Zeitraum ist evtl. noch flexibel.

P.S.: Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Person vermietet.
U8 & M27 nur 1 Minute von der Haustür entfernt. Bahnhof Gesundbrunden eine U-Bahn Station oder 10min zu Fuss entfernt.
