I am going to rent my room 1.-30. April 12sqm room in a small Bungalow in Grunewald (Huge Park). The Bungalow has a BIG Kitchen with TV and Chairs for 10 Students and 2 bathrooms in each floor and 2 Toilets. Lung healing fresh air of Grunewald Forest. A lot international neighbors and also good opportunity to practice your German or English. Rent for 12 days is 120,- including WIFI. Charlady cleaning every morning the bathroom and the kitchen. There is a laundry place with 2 washmaschines and a dryer too, also a party room, pingpong room and bbq place.
Only 1 Minute walk to S-Bahn/Bus Station Grunewald Line S7. By Bus from Grunewald to Kudamm takes 10 Minutes and by S-Bahn 10 minutes to Zoologischer Garten. 3 minutes walk to 2 Supermarkets. In neighbourhood there are a lot of sports courts like tennis court, volleyball and of course football. 2 minutes walk to forest and 15 minutes to lake.
WICHTIG! Einzugsdatum ist nicht fest. Ich stehe auf der Warteliste für einen Doppelapartment in STudentenwohnheim Eichkamp. Eine Verwaltung sagt mir den Einzugsdatum erst wenn ich einen Mitbewohner finde. Wahrscheinlich wird es ab 1.November, aber es kann auch ab 1. Dezember sein.
