Hallo! Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes Apartment in Berlin Mitte im Studentenwohnheim "The Fizz".
Die Wohnung ist möbliert:
-Bett
-Einbauschränke
-Schreibtisch & Stuhl
-Einbauküche
Es gibt ebenfalls eine eignes Badezimmer mit Dusche! Das Wohnheim hat einen Fahrstuhl und stellt Waschmaschinen und Trockner zu verfügen (alle Maschinen sind Miele). Also muss man sich um nichts kümmern, alles ist schon da!
Das Gebäude wurde erst im Oktober 2014 fertiggebaut, also war ich die erste in der Wohnung und sie sieht dementsprechend auch noch nagelneu aus.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Bushaltestelle. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ostbahnhof, oder zur U-Bahnstelle Heinrich-Heine-Straße, also istman perfekt verbunden. Im Ostbahnhof ist ein REWE, Rossmann und Lidl. Der REWE hat jeden Tag (auch Sonntags!) bis 24 Uhr offen. Mit einem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller unterwegs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Bushaltestelle. S-Bahn Verbindung ist super, da die Hauptlinien (S5, S7, S75) da halten und kommen alle 2-5 Minuten.
lle Kosten sind in den Nebenkosten eingerechnet (Strom, Heizung, Internet). Man muss eine Kaution von 1000 € bezahlen. Dafür hat man aber später vollen Gebrauch von den Gemeinschaftsräumen und man kann Staubsauger beim Concierge kostenfrei mieten.
Es ist wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, super bequem, ruhig und sauber. Wenn jemand von den ganzen Vorteilen vom Leben in "The Fizz" überzeugt ist, dann meldet euch bei mir! Ab den 06.12 wäre die Wohnung frei!
