I am offering my fully furnished 1-room apartment + sunny balcony in Kreuzberg (Kottbusser Tor).
Available for 1 person from the 25th of June till the 31st of July 2023 (5 weeks/37 days), and the total costs include rent, water, heating, garbage taxes, electricity and Rundfunk tax: 655 Euro + 100 Euro deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, if nothing was damaged and no complaints were made by neighbors.🙃
