Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und blickt auf einen ruhigen Innenhof mit viel Baum.
Sie ist hell, hat Holzdielen und viele Fenster.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine separate Küche und ein separates Badezimmer.
Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Internet, etc. sind alles vorhanden.
Direkt zwischen Bergmannkiez und Gleisdreieckpark gelegen.
Nicht weit zum Tempelhofer Feld, Landwehrkanal ist auch nicht fern.
Der Kiez ist lebendig, hat viele Kneipen, Restaurants und beste Pizza.
Dennoch sind Straße und Innenhof der Wohnung grün & ruhig und der Park nicht weit.
Nächste U-Bahn sind U Möckernbrücke oder U Mehringdamm.
Eignet sich hervorragend zum Arbeiten.
Und noch besser zum Nichtarbeiten.
Für Hausparties & Rauchen nicht geeignet, aber ansonsten ist es für die Zeit dein Zuhause.

The cozy apartment is located on the 1st floor towards a quiet courtyard with a big tree.
It has 2 rooms (40qm), a lot of light, wooden floors, a separate bathroom and a separate kitchen.
It's right between Bergmannkiez & Gleisdreieckpark.
Next train stations are Mehringdamm and Möckernbrücke.
Supermarkets & good pizza around the corner.
The area is very lively, full of cafés and bars, but the street of the apartment is green and quiet.
Includes washing machine, internet, etc.
It's not suitable for house parties or smoking, but other than that: it can be your home.
