Hello, I am subletting my flat for a month, from Tuesday 08.08.2023 till Sunday 10.09.2023
Really close to Görlitzer park in Kreuzberg
It's a nice 40 m2 flat with a balcony facing the inner garden in Eisenbahnstraße , a quiet street behind Lausitzer Platz, with bars, restaurants, a famous daily Market Hall and the park right outside the door, but not bothering you.
2 Metro stations and bus stops within 3-5 minutes by walk.
There is a Sleeping/living room + spacious hallway + separate kitchen with everything you need + bathroom with bathtub/shower and a washing machine. Fast Wifi is there as well.
The flat is a NON-SMOKING flat, you can smoke on the balcony though. There are families around here, so it is definitely NOT the place for a house party and it wouldn't be anyway ;)
Again, it is available from Tuesday 08.08.2023 till Sunday 10.09.2023 ONLY, no long term!
The price for a single person PER DAY is 27 euro + deposit depending on the length of the stay
The price for a single person for the whole period (33 nights) is 840 euro + 300 euro deposit
The price for couples PER DAY is 30 euro + deposit
the price for couples for the whole period (33 nights) is 940 euro + 300 euro deposit
The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, unless troubles and disasters occurred ;)
I'd rather have someone taking it for the whole period of course, but deals for shorter stays could also be arranged.
