Gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete im Bergmannkiez

Von Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni ist meine gemütliche kleine Wohnung für 2 Wochen frei.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 45 m² groß und liegt im 2. OG im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Sie hat ein Balkon, eine Wohnküche, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Wasch- und Spülmaschinen, Internet, Badewanne, Kühlschrank... Alles was man braucht.
Die Gegend ist sehr beliebt und belebt: viele Parks, viele Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten braucht.

Meine Bedingungen:
- Du hast eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
- Du kannst in der Woche vom 12/05 oder 19/05 vorbeikommen, damit wir uns persönlich kennenlernen.
- Du hast einen grünen Daumen und kannst auf die Pflanzen aufpassen.

My cozy little apartment is available for 2 weeks from the end of May to the beginning of June.
The apartment is approx. 45 m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet rear building. It has a balcony, a kitchen-living room, a small bedroom and a bathroom. Washing machines and dishwashers, internet, bathtub, refrigerator... Everything you need.
The area is very popular and lively: lots of parks, many cafés, restaurants and all the shopping facilities you need.

My conditions:
- You have liability insurance.
- You can come by the week of 12/05 or 19/05 so we can get to know each other personally.
- You have a green thumb and can take care of the plants.
