Wunderschöne 1.5-Zimmer-Whg, zentral, mit Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht

Hello da draußen,
ich werde für 2-3 Monate Berlin verlassen, weswegen ich meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit untervermiete.
Am 15.03. geht es los, Rückkehr ist noch nicht 100%ig sicher, kann im Zweifelsfall aber auch gemeinsam abgesprochen werden.
Ich habe sehr viel Liebe in diese Wohnung gesteckt und würde mich daher freuen, wenn Zwischenmieter das respektieren und ähnlich mit dieser umgehen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Kreuzberg & ist insbesondere für Fahrradfahrer:innen sehr attraktiv, da man überall super schnell hinkommt.
Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man zum Leben so braucht, inkl. Deluxe-Ausblick über Berlin - überzeugt euch selbst!
Ich habe einige Pflanzen und würde mich freuen, wenn die Person es schafft, dass diese meinen Verbleib überleben - ein grüner Daumen ist also ein Plus :)
Ansonsten würde ich sagen lernen wir uns einfach bei einem kurzen Treffen kennen und kucken, ob das passt und besprechen alles weitere.

Hey there,
I will be out of Berlin for about 2-3 months, which is why I am subletting my flat.
From March 15th I will be away, the date of return is not 100% certain yet, but can be discussed if needed.
I put lots of love and effort into my flat, so it would be appreciated if the person respects that and treats the flat the same way.
The flat is located in the centre of Kreuzberg and particularly attractive for cyclists as you can pretty much get anywhere super quickly.
The apartment contains everything you need for life, including a deluxe view of Berlin - see for yourself!
I have a few plants and would be happy if the person managed to make them survive while I'm away - hence, a green thumb is a plus :)
Otherwise I would say let's just get to know each other and see if it's a good fit and discuss everything else.
