All paid in advance. I know this may sound predatory, but I really am looking someone that will 100% stay over the winter for the whole time, because if i have someone leave, I have no way of returning to see the state of the apartment, so for me it’s either the 3 months + the deposit or nothing.
Includes all the appliances like coffee machine and toaster, pans, kitchen stuff. Mattress is included and even bedsheets.
I am available to show you the apartment if you are interested.
No anmeldung possible, but you can order stuff online of course.
Bus stop is right outside the apartment. U bahn and S Bahn stations are 10-12 mins away walking. Sudkreuz is 5 mins away by bike or 17mins walking. Lidl is in front of the building so extremely convenient.
