Huhuuu! Ich vermiete meine komplette 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für den Zeitraum 01.01.24-29.02.24 unter, da ich reisen gehe.
Am liebsten möchte ich für den ganzen Zeitraum untervermieten, aber eine Teilvermietung ist auch möglich!
Die Wohnung ist natürlich möbliert und besteht aus Flur, Küche, Bad und einem Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig, da ich im Hinterhof wohne und man braucht nur 2 min zur U-Bahn-Station Südstern.
Alle wichtigen Ausstattungen sind vorhanden: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd (leider ohne Ofen) und Internet. Ich wohne hier mit meiner Katze - die ist dann natürlich nicht da, aber zur Info, falls du eine starke Allergie hast.
Es wäre toll, wenn du ein paar Pflanzen gießen könntest :)

Hey! Im renting out my 1-bedroom apartement for the time 01.01.24 till 29.02.24 due to my travels. Obviously I'd prefer to sublent for the whole timeperiod but in case youre only interested for a shorter time, lets talk about it - I'm also open for that.
The apartment comes completly furnished and consists a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom. Its very quite and peaceful in my apartement as its in the backbuilding and away from the big noisy streets. The next subway-station Südstern is only 2 min away :)
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a fridge and stove (unfortunatly no oven) and wifi. I live here with my cat - which is obviously not there, when you are - but just an fyi in case of strong allergies.
If you could water my plants - that'd be amazing!

Die Gegend ist so schön hier, sehr zentral, man kommt überall schnell hin. Fußläufig ist die U-Bahn-Station Südstern 2 min entfernt, ebenso ein Edeka. Der Netto ist 7 min entfernt, falls du lieber zum Discounter gehst :)
Hermannplatz, Admiralsbrücke und Graefe-Kiez sind ganz schnell erreichbar, es gibt tolle Restaurants, Cafes, einen wunderschönen Friedhof, den Kanal oder die Hasenheide zum spazieren.

The area around here is so beautiful and also so central - thats super handy. The subway station Südstern is 2 min away as well as the next supermarket. There is also an discounter close by, like a 7 min walk.
Everything is super close by, like Hermannplatz, the admiral-bridge and the Graefe-Kiez, which is so so pretty.
Also theres so many beautiful cafes, restaurants, cute little shops around. Also a lot of nice walking-around options like a mystic cemetary, the canal or the Hasenheide-Park.
Schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht - da ich unterwegs bin, funktioniert das für mich am besten :) telefonisch ist es etwas schwieriger - Besichtigungen sind trotzdem möglich!!
