Somit kann man in 4 min. zur U8 und der Busverbindung N27 laufen, ist in 2 min bei den Haltestellen der Busverbindung 140 und nur wenige wenige Minuten zu Fuß oder eine Station mit dem Bus bei den Haltestellen der U1 und U3.
Für schöne Spaziergänge bietet sich nur wenige Meter entfernt der Landwehrkanal an. An diesem und innerhalb von Kreuzberg findet man etliche Restaurants, Secondhand Shops und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Sämtliche Clubs und Bars sind dank der guten Anbindungen ebenfalls nicht weit.
Verschiedenste Gallerien und Museumsmöglichkeiten bieten kulturelle Abwechslung.
Je nach bedarf, kann man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeit nutzen, da Biomarkt Denns, Rewe, Lidl, Netto und verschiedene türkische Einkaufsmärkte nur einen Gehweg entfernt sind.
Asiamärkte, Afroshop und weitere sind dank der gute Anbindungen ebenfalls nicht weit.
