I am offering my fully furnished 1-room apartment + sunny balcony in Kreuzberg (Kreuzköln/Kottbusser Tor).
Available for 1 person from the 14th of February till the 8th of March (3 weeks), but dates can be discussed (shorter/longer). The total cost includes rent, water, heating, garbage taxes, electricity and Rundfunk tax: 485 Euro + 200 Euro deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, if nothing was damaged and no complaints were made by neighbors.🙃
