Hey ihr,
ich bin für zwei Monate für ein Praktikum in München und vermiete in der Zeit meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Hierfür suche ich ein/e Untermieter/in.
Die Wohnung selbst wurde erst im April kernsaniert. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Dielenboden, der noch richtig schön glatt ist. Die Wohnung ist 35 qm groß und geht Richtung Norden raus. Da die Wände im Innenhof allerdings gelb gestrichen sind, ist es gar nicht so dunkel.
Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb im 2.Hinterhof, das heißt vom Nightlife-Trubel in Kreuzberg bekommt man gar nichts mit.
Das Einzugdatum kann auch ein paar Tage nach hinten verschoben werden :)

The apartment itself was completely renovated in April. The highlight is definitely the floorboards, which are still really sleek. The apartment is 35 square meters big and faces north. However, as the walls in the inner courtyard are painted yellow, it is not that dark.
The apartment is outside in the 2nd backyard, which means you don't hear any of the nightlife noises in Kreuzberg.
The date of moving in is flexible though :)
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, d.h zur Admiralbrücke und damit zu einem der schönsten Ecken Berlins sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß! Vor meiner Haustür bringt euch der M41 sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof, als auch sehr schnell zum Hermannplatz und nach Neukölln. Was will man mehr?
Ebenfalls nur 5-7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt sind Südstern (U7) und die Schönleinstraße (U8).
Im Graefekiez gibt es wirklich alles, was Foodies und Kneipendauergäste brauchen: Schicke Bars, Eckkneipen, gute Restaurants und Cafés. Die Hasenheide ist ebenfalls nicht weit, auch zum Tempelhofer Feld brauch man nur knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, which means it's only a few minutes' walk to the Admiralbrücke, one of the most beautiful corners of Berlin! Just in front of my house, the M41 will take you to the main train station as well as very quickly to Hermannplatz and Neukölln.
Südstern (U7) and Schönleinstraße (U8) are also just a 5-7 minute walk away.
Graefekiez really does have everything that foodies and pub crawlers need: chic bars, corner pubs, good restaurants and cafés. The Hasenheide is also not far away, and Tempelhofer Feld is only a 15-minute walk away.
Ich würde mir eine Person wünschen, die Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und möglichst keine großen Partys in der Wohnung feiert, die Wohnung ist wirklich noch sehr neu. Außerdem legt die Hausgemeinschaft viel Wert darauf, dass eine ruhige und erholsame Atmosphäre herrscht.

I would like someone who is tidy and doesn't have big parties in the apartment, as the apartment is still very new. In addition, the house community attaches great importance to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
