Ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für meine 1-Zimmmer-Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs. Die Wohnung liegt super-zentral und ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Landwehrkanal und Görlitzer Park entfernt. Sie ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand, soll aber mit farbigen, d.h. unrenovierten Wänden übernommen werden. Ich habe die Wohnung damals bei Einzug frisch geweisst und dann mit biologischen Farben mit einer speziellen Technik bearbeitet und könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass die Wände noch immer gut gefallen. Das ca. 25m² große Zimmer ist mit Dielen ausgelegt und die ca. 15m² große Küche ist gefließt. Alles andere könnt Ihr Euch selbst bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung am Montag, den 8.09.2008 um 17 Uhr anschauen. Waldemarstraße 28, 3. OG, rechts.
