studio in kreuzberg for juli/august

hey,

i want to sublet my apartment from 20th juli/or 23rd juli to 29 th august.it's right by the canal (paul lincke ufer) a beautiful and popular area with lots of restaurants,cafes.farmers market twice a week .5 min. to the trains (3different stops),not even a block far from an organic food store-but still a very quiet area!!
the apartment is in the backyard on the first floor.it has one big room (28qm with queensize bed ,table,chairs-it's a nicelooking room not too packed with interieur -minimal style) with a huge window, and a small sweet kitchen and a bathroom.
i will probably sell my washer before i leave so it's not sure if you can use it.
a last thing - i ask you to leave a deposit-just in case;)

ich möchte meine wohnung für den 20.juli oder 23.juli-29.august -termine flexibel) vermieten.die wohnung liegt im hinterhof und ist generell ruhig gelegen in einem wunderschönen kiez (gleich am paul lincke ufer gelegen) mit vielen restaurants ,cafes,2x pro woche markt auf der anderen seite des kanals.gute verkehrsanbindungen -3 verschiedene u-bahnstationen -man kommt überall sehr schnell hin- mit der bahn 5 stationen bis zum alex,der bioladen ist auch direkt nebenan.
die wohnung liegt im ersten stockund ist sehr minimal eingerichtet aber nett( 1 großes zimmer ca. 28 qm mit queensize bett,tisch, stuhl und riesigem fenster zum hinterhof hin).die küche und das bad sind mit all dem ausgestattet was ihr braucht bis eventuell auf die waschmaschine,die ich gerne verkaufen möchte da ich ins ausland ziehe.da ich schon ab juli im ausland bin werden meine eltern die schlüsselübergabe und die übernahme der wohnung übernehmen.
