Schöne, saubere 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Kreuzberg, mit Südfenster, Dielenfußboden, Balkon, schöner Küche inklusive Sitzplätzen (und u.a. Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd und Waschmaschine) und Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Nähe der Graefestraße im Hinterhaus, 3. Stock, ist deshalb ruhig und sehr hell.
In der Graefestraße befinden sich viele Bars und kleine Restaurants, die Admiralbrücke/Landwehrkanal (Wochenmarkt) ist zu Fuß circa 7 Minuten entfernt. Genauso weit ist es bis zum Hermannplatz (U7 und U8), viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von dort aus sind es circa 12 Minuten bis Alexanderplatz. Zu den anderen interessanten Ecken in Kreuzberg sind es mit dem Fahrrad circa 10 Minuten (z.B. Görlitzer Park, Schlesische Straße, Bergmannstraße). Vor der Tür fährt der Bus (M41) und bringt dich in 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in 10 Minuten zum S Bhf Sonnenallee (dort fährt u.a. die Ringbahn).
Hasenheide und der geschlossene Flughafen Tempelhof sind ebenfalls in höchstens 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich suche verlässliche Zwischenmieter, die auch ab und zu mal meine Blumen gießen.
