I am renting my apartment for the period of time between 22.07.-07.08.11.
I'm looking for a realible and no-smoker person to rent it.
The apartment is situated in lively and multicultural Kreuzberg! The apartment has 35 square meters of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, WC with shower, a cosy bedroom (1 double bed) and it's facing South. Pillows and blankets (1x) are at your disposal! Regarding towels, please bring your own.
Good connections to public transport: (U1) Görlitzer Bahnhof and (U1) Schlesisches Tor are within 10 minutes walking distance; S Ostbahnhof is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Just next to the door of the building there are the Bus Lines 140 / 265.
Supermarkets and Organic food shops are within 10 minutes walking distance: Netto, Lidl, Kaiser's, Rewe, Bio Company,....
The apartment is situated 10 minutes away from Oranienstrasse, a street full of nice restaurants, cafés and bars.
The rent price for the 2-week-period is = 350,- EUR.
If renting it on a weekly basis, the price will be: 7 nights = 250 Euros.
Please note: NON-SMOKER apartment (!!!), NO PETS, no telephone, TV, nor WLAN Internet in the apartment.
