Ich beite meine schön renovierte 1-Zimmer Wohung an: sehr liebevoll renovierte Wohnung, höher als üblich Decken, weiss-gefleiste Badezimmer mit Wanne, grosse Küche mit genugend Platz für Esstisch, Stühle und Couch. Im Flur gibt es Decke-integrierte Beleuchtung. Das Zimmer hat einen grosszügig Hochbett, mit genugend Platz für Bücherregal, Lampen, Fernsheher, etc. Überall Fischgräte Parkett. Linoleum in der KÜche.
Übernahme von Kühlschrank und Waschmachine ist möglich.
Was ich suche: eine helle, 2-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung (durchgangs Zimmer ist ok) mit Dielen oder Parkett. Möglichst nähe an S1, oder S7 oder ein Hauptbahnhof. Kreuzberg, Bergmann Kiez, Schöneberg, Mitte, Prnzlrbrg.
