Wir, das sind ein 2m und 1w (um die 30 J.) und zwei, manchmal drei Kinder (2-4 J.), vermieten ein helles WG-Zimmer in unserer 140qm WG.
Es sind eigentlich zwei seperate Wohnungen auf einer Etage, wir teilen und aber die 40qm gemütlich-großen und gut ausgerüsteten Küche.
Es gibt zwei Bäder, die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und wir schauen direkt auf den Görlitzer Park.
Wir sind nette, unkomplizierte und saubere Leute.
Aus der Not heraus vermieten wir erstmal bis zum 1. Januar, aber wir suchen eigentlich längerfristig jemanden. (340 €)
Du solltest kein Problem mit Kindern haben!
Das Zimmer ist im Dezember auch tageweise zu vermieten (20€/P).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wrangelkiez, liegt zentra,l 4 Min. zum U-Bhf Schlesisches Tor, Supermärkte, Kneipen etc. um die Ecke.

We live in two different flats, sharing our big, well-equipped kitchen.
2,5 children are with us.
Our flat is central, stores, bars and u-bahn are around the corner.
