I sublet my apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg, at the heart of Berlin.
Available for a 3 or 4 month-period (it can also be shorter), from mid-June to the end of September (October is eventually also possible).
A nice and very well located apartment on the 3rd floor with a street view on Mehringdamm-Kreuzberg, the center of Berlin, at the corner of the famous Bergmannstraße, where you will find lots of nice cafés, terraces, restaurants, shops, banks, a supermarket, the post office, a nice closed market, everything needed in this very friendly and convenient area in a multikulti neighborhood (nice Turkish and artists population).
The apartment is a big sunny studio (40 sqm) with a double bed, a table, a desk and a piano (+ a kitchen and a bathroom (with a bath) + WIFI.
The subway station is Mehringdamm (only 2 mn walking) at the crossroads of any direction in Berlin (lines 6 and 7). Several bus stations are also possible, close to the subway station.
No smoking and no pets.
