Lage: Berlin Kreuzberg (Gneisenaustraße zw. U-Bahnhof Gneisenaustr. und Mehringdamm (U7); nahe dem Bergmannkiez)
Größe: 36,63 m²

Ausstattung: 1 Wohn/Schlaf/Arbeitszimmer; große Küche mit EBK (Elektroherd), kleiner Flur, kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, Waschmaschine, Anschluss für Wlan vorhanden (hier müsste jedoch selbst vom Untermieter ein neuer Vertrag gemacht werden), Zentralheizung
Miete: inklusive Stromnutzung und Nebenkosten für Wasser und Heizung: 430 € pro Monat.
