ich biete meine 1- Zimmer Whg.(vollmöbiliert) am Mehringdamm zum Tausch gegen eine Wohnung oder ein WG- Zimmer in Hamburg zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich ab Mitte Juni in Hamburg arbeite. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat eine seperate Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man schaut zum grünen Hinterhof. Die U1 (Hallesches Tor) und U7 (Mehringdamm) sind innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Da die Wohnung wirklich super ist, möchte ich sie noch nicht aufgeben und erstmal zur Zwischenmiete für ca. 1-4 Monate anbieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber direkt am Mehringdamm, mit vielen Geschäften, bars, cafés. Die Bergmannstraße, der Landwehrkanal und der Viktoriapark sind in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen
