Weil ich selbst umgezogen bin, um es naeher zur Uni zu haben, vermiete ich nun fuer den letzten Monat meine schoene Altbauwohnung mitten in Kreuzberg (mit der Moeglichkeit, die Wohnung auch langfristig zu uebernehmen...)!
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Kueche, Bad, Flur und Schlafzimmer. Die Bergmannstrasse und das Graefekiez mit Admiralsbruecke und Co sind binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch der Suedstern, die naechste Ubahnstation, ist eine nette Ecke, viele Baeckereien, Cafes in der Gneisenaustrasse und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag und Friedrichstrasse sind innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten mit der Ubahn erreichbar....
In order to live closer to college, I had to move and leave my beautiful one-room-apartment in Kreuzberg. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, hallway and sleeping/living room and is perfectly located: 'bergmannstrasse', 'landwehrkanal', 'admiral's bridge' are only a few minutes away. There are many good shopping facilities within walking distance, the next subway station ('suedstern') is not even 5 minutes away. Great sights such as the Brandenburg Gate or Friedrichstrasse can be reached within 15 minutes by the subway.
