Ich gehe für 5 Monate ins Ausland und möchte meine Wohnung in der Zeit untervermieten. In den 350€ sind absolut alle Kosten enthalten. Perfekte Lage direkt am U Gneisenaustraße, ruhig, hell, Hinterhaus, gute Ausstattung, möbliert, allerdings keine Waschmaschine. Tel und Internetflat. Separate Küche und Duschbad. Ich liebe meine Wohnung sehr und suche jemand, der absolut zuverlässig ist. Es gibt einen ordentlichen Untermietvertrag über 5 Monate. Da ich nach Paris gehe, freue ich mich auch über Tauschangebote. Achtung: Nur Einzelpersonen (keine Paare!), keine Haustiere, keine Raucher! Bei Mietern, die außerhalb Deutschlands wohnen, möchte ich die Miete als Vorauszahlung! Ich weiß, das ist hart, aber ich bin in einer ähnlichen Situation, und die Zahlung der gesamten Miete muss absolut gewährleistet sein.

I'm leaving Berlin for a semester abroad, so I 'll sublet my lovely apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg, quiet, light, best connection (U station Gneisenaustraße), fully equipped and furnished but no washing machine. 350€ include everything. Telflat, Internetflat. Separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. I love my flat and am looking for someone responsible. You will get a proper contract for a 5 month sublet. I am going to Paris, so I will also be happy to swop flats. Looking forward to your replies!

Attention: No couples, no pets, no smokers! If you don´t live in Germany I prefer the rent to be paid in advance! I know this is hard, but I am in a similar situation and cannot afford it, if the rent is not paid.
