Ich suche ab dem 01.09. einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Sie ist 19 m² groß und komplett möbliert. Küchenzeile und Bad sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof, ist also verhältnismäßig ruhig.
Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Waschkeller.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen könnten kaum besser sein. Der Potsdamer Platz befindet sich fußläufig in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Direkt gegenüber vom Wohnheim hat man die U2 Haltestelle Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park, von wo aus man direkt zum Zoo und zum Alex kommt.
Auch ganz in Nähe liegen die U1 Station Gleisdreieck sowie der S-Bahnhof Anhalter Bahnhof.
Wer mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, kann von hier aus in Berlin Mitte alles innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zum einen der LIDL-Supermarkt, der sich im selben Gebäudekomplex wie das Wohnheim befindet. Zum anderen sind die Potsdamer Platz Arkaden nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
