I sublet my studio for a bit more than three weeks (26 days) during winter vacation. It's a nice cosy place with everything you need to cook, and be comfortable (there is small living room with couch and table). Two persons can also live here.
The price is 400 euros all included for the whole period. I ask (in fact because of previously bad experience) for a 150 euro caution.

2 minutes to U-Bahn station "Schönleinstrasse". That is in the center of the Grefeskiez, one of the most popular place in Berlin. The Canal is 2 minutes away by walk, Kottbusser Tor, 10 minutes, and the neighborhood is full of little cafés, restaurants, bars, and so on. The park "Hasenheide" is also not far away. I can let you a map of all the nice things around.
I am leaving in the morning of the 20th, you can have the appartment as soon as that.
It is of course better for me if I can meet you before, and that you can visit the place.
I fahre am 20. Dezember früh ab, und die Wohnung ist frei dann. Besser für mich ist dass ich dir vorher kennenlernen kann, und dass du die Wohnung besuchen kannst.
