Schöne sonnige ruhige Wohnung in Kreuzberg

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung für den Zeitraum 5.6.-30.6. spontan, da ich auf Reisen bin. Meine Sachen lasse ich in der Wohnung und natürlich ist sie möbliert.

Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 440€ für den Zeitraum. Kaution sind 200 €.

Da das Ganze jetzt spontan ist wäre es das Beste du meldest dich telefonisch bei mir wenn du Interesse hast.
Für Besichtigungen habe ich zunächst eher nur tagsüber Zeit, aber dazu mehr beim persönlichen Gespräch.

Die Wohnung ist zentral in Kreuzberg gelegen, im Bergmannkiez, mit dem Tempelhofer Feld (ehemaliger Flughafen jetzt begrünte Freifläche), vielen Cafes, Bars und einer Markthalle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Samstags gibt es auf dem nahegelegenen Marheinekeplatz einen Flohmarkt. Die Gegend besteht aus sehr alten, wunderschönen Berliner Straßenzügen und Gebäuden was sehr zum flanieren einlädt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei U-bahn Stationen ( Gneisenaustr. und Platz der Luftbrücke) sowie verschiedene Busse

Im Hinterhof gelegen ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, und weil im obersten Stockwerk gelegen auch hell. Ab Nachmittags bis Abends scheint die Sonne direkt hinein.
Es gibt ein sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit noch einem großen Tisch und genügend Stühlen, eine gemütliche Küche in der zu dritt gesessen werden kann und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Der grüne Innenhof bietet ebenfalls die Möglichkeit sich mit einem Kaffee in die Sonne zu setzen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist eine gut funktionierende Gemeinschaft, in der man sich gerne austauscht, gegenseitig respektiert und Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt. Die Wohnung ist keine Partywohnung, es kann aber gerne mit mehreren gekocht und Musik gehört werden.
Mit dem großen Bett ist die Wohnung ideal für Pärchen, aber auch für alleinstehende Menschen.

In der gesamten Gegend ist parken umsonst.
In der Wohnung gibt es kein Internet aber viele Cafes nur 1 Minute entfernt mit konstenlosem W-Lan.

I sublet my furnished appartment in Kreuzberg from 5th June till 30th June cause i am traveling.

Rent is 440 € for that period, deposit is 200 €, cause i leave most of my stuff there.
Because this is very spontaneous it would be the best if you call me.

The appartement is located in the heart of Kreuzberg 61 at the border to Tempelhof. Nearby is the gorgeous Tempelhofer Feld (used to be an airport with the landing field which is now a big open green space open for any kind of activities), many cafes, bars and a big market hall, one of the few in berlin. Saturdays a flea market takes place next to the market hall that is within 5 min. walking distance. The area around the apartment is of especially old berlin buildings and streets that invite for going for a walk. Close as well is a bigger park on a hill, Victoria Park, that offers on top a wonderful view over berlin.
Nearby are also two different metro stations as well as two busses.

The appartement is in the backyard of the building on the top floor (4th), so it is very quiet and from the afternoon on with the sun shining right in until sunset. The only noise existing around is coming from a playground in the backyard next to mine where the children play unfrequently until early afternoon.

The appartement consists of a smaller hallway, a bigger bathroom with a bathtub, a very cosy kitchen that can easily have three people in it sitting on the table and a very spacious bedroom that also functions as a living room, with the queen size bed, a big table with space for many people, two wardrobes and a big stereosystem. You are welcome to use the stereosystem and the wardrobes (one for hanging and one for closet).

The backyard of the building has two small meadows where one can sit on and have a coffee in the sun.
The neighbours in the house are a friendly open community that respect and have regards for each other.

There is no internet in the appartement but many cafes 1 min away have free WiFi.

In the entire area is parking for free.

The appartement is perfect for a couple but also for a single person.
