Wunderschön, Sonnig, ruhig im Zentrum Kreuzbergs

Vermiete über den August meine schöne, sehr helle und dazu ruhig gelegene Hinterhof-Wohnung (ehem. Fabriketage) in Kreuzberg Zentrum für min. 2, max. 4 Wochen, da ich auf Fortbildungsreise gehe. Die Wohnung ist offen und geräumig, liebevoll und eigensinnig eingerichtet (weisser Fußboden, Himmelbett, kein Ikeakram) und einfach im Lebensstil.
Ich suche daher jemand, der dies zu schätzen weiß und zwar genußfähig, aber auch verantwortlich und respektvoll ist, da hier fast alles in Eigenarbeit entstanden ist.
Es gibt neben Himmelbett, Sitzecke, Stereoanlage, eine Küche, Bad mit Dusche, , Waschmaschine. 10 Minuten zum Paul-Linke Ufer, zum Prinzessinnengarten und Görlitzer Park. Bus in 1 min, U Bahn in 5 min zu erreichen.
Bitte keine Partyleute !! Nur an Nichtraucher. Gern sensiblere Menschen :-)

Will be on vacation over August and will rent out my beatiful, cozy, athmospheric 75 sqm apartment which lies in the rearbuilding, upperst floor. It is therefor very quiet and supersunny all day long. It is a nonsmoking home with a big living & bedroom with canope-bed, white floors and handcrafted interior. Easy living-style. The center of Kreuzberg where the multicultural community is very intact and alive. Nice shops and resaturants, markets and the Paul Linke Ufer, "Prinzessinnengarden" & Görlitzer Park are all very close from here. Available for one or up to two persons.
300 per 1 week, 500,-€ for 2 weeks or 800 per month. final cleaning fee is 50,-. As I love my homezone a lot - it has a very peaceful and lovely energy- I am looking for honest and respectful people who can value & enjoy a place like this- so pleease: partypeople and smokers in respect, please look for another place, thank you!
