Ich ziehe aus und bräuchte dafür so schnell wie möglich einen Nachmieter. Die Nebenkosten können mit Sicherheit durch Anbieterwechsel reduziert werden, das wär in 3 Monaten durch Kündigung möglich.
Die lage ist gut, Bus und Ubahn ( Görlitzer Park ) sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, sowie der Park und Ufer usw..
Ich habe die Wohnung durch einen Makler bekommen, würde dafür nochmal 250Euro verlangen.
Wer Interesse hat kann heute noch kurzfristig von 14.-17uhr oder morgen zwischen 15.-19uhr vorbeikommen.

Zwischen Ufer und Görlitzer Park befindet sich die Forsterstr. . Innerhalb weniger Minuter ist die Ubahn-Station Görlitzer Bahnhof zu erreichen, und in ca. 10 min ist man am Kottbusser Tor.
