I am renting a newly renovated, and spacious single bedroom apartment located in the center of Berlin (Hermannplatz-Kreuzberg). The apartment is situated in Graefekiez, a beautiful neighborhood with trendy cafes and nice restaurants. It is well connected via public transportation-U8- which takes you to Mitte in only 10 minutes. Also nearby is the Planufer canal, which hosts a number of markets during the week and weekends.
The apartment is brand new, with newly furbished hard wood floors and high ceilings. It is very bright thanks to the big windows. There is a brand new, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom installed. It is perfect for 1-2 persons. Internet access included.
