Für 1 oder 2 Personen ist sie optimal, allerdings gibt es nur ein großes Bett.
Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn Schönleinstraße und zum Hermannplatz. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, eine Waschmaschiene und Internet ist vorhanden. In der Umgebung findet man jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte, Cafes und Bars.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung von 28.8. bis 20.9., die Gesamtmiete für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 450€.

The Apartment is very well located in Kreuzberg, Gräfekietz, next to Hohenstaufenplatz. It has a small bathroom with shower, a big kitchen with Windows to the courtyard and a big room with Windows two the plaza.
There is enough space for two people, but there is only one big bed.
It is verry close to the Metro Station Schönleinstraße and to Hermannplatz. The Apartment is ready-furnished, there is a washing machine and Internet.
In the surroundings you can find a lot of Shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and a Cinema.
The apartment is free from 28.8. to 20.9., the total rent for this period is 450€.
