Hallo, ich vermiete für circa 5 Wochen im Sommer meine Wohnung unter.Sie hat ein großes Zimmer mit einem Hochbett und einer Couch, eine sehr schön geschnittene Küche und ist direkt im Gräfekiez gelegen- um die Ecke ist der Landwehrkanal. Bis aufs Badezimmer sind in der kompletten Wohnung Dielen verlegt.Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar im Hinterhaus,ist aber trotzdem schön hell und dadurch natürlich sehr ruhig.Ich lasse meine Möbel da, würde aber für dich/euch den Kleiderschrank etc freiräumen,so dass ihrs euch mit euren eigenen Sachen gemütlich machen könnt.
Der Preis bezieht sich auf die gesamte Zeit,also 600 euro für 5,5 Wochen.
Meldet euch gerne, dann könnt ihr euch die Wohnung angucken.

Wie gesagt,zum Kanal braucht man nur 1 Minute zu Fuß und in der Gegend gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars.Die Wohnung liegt 5-10 Minuten entfernt von den U-Bahnhöfen Cottbusser Tor, Schönleinstraße und Südstern.Und der Bus M41 hält 2 Minuten von hier entfernt.
The apartment is located in the district Kreuzberg, which is one of the nicest neighborhoods of berlin.just around the corner there is the Landwehr-Kanal,where many people sit by the water to meet friends and have drink. Also there is a lot of restaurants and bars and the public transport is only a few minutes away.
