Ich habe eine temporäre Anstellung in Hamburg gefunden und vermiete meine helle Wohnung vom 4. -30. März 2015. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 500€.
Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht über das grüne Berlin. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist drei Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Prinzenstrasse entfernt. Es gibt einen großen Balkon und eine Badewanne. Einen Supermarkt gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Auch zur Spree ist es nur ein paar Minuten.

I found a temporary job in Hamburg and rent my lightflooted apartment from 4th -30th March 2015. The full rent is 500€.
From the balcony you can enjoy a nice green view. The apartment is zentral and the underground U1 Prinzenstraße is just 3 minutes walk away. There is a big balcony and a bath tub. Very close is a supermarket and restaurants and bars are very close by. To the Spree it is just a small walk.

Die U-Bahn verläuft in Sichtnähe. Die Wohnung ist hoch gelegen und die Fenster Dreifachisoliert. Wenn ihr allerdings überhaupt nicht an Stadtgeräusche gewohnt seid und ihr eine sehr leise Wohnung bevorzugen, ist das vielleicht nicht das geeignete.

The only downside is that due to the apartment`s proximity to the train station. There is noise from the passing train. It`s not overwhelming but if you are not used to minor noise I would recommend finding something else.
