Ich suche ab 2015.02.20 einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in schöner Graefe.Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, ist daher sehr hell.
Es liegt direkt an der Graefestr entfernt. So können Sie direkt in der Mitte zu leben und dennoch ruhig, weil die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Hinterhof.
Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, kein Problem: U-Bahn-Stationen Kottbusser Tor U8 / U1 und U8 Schönleinstr sind zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 5 min) leicht zu erreichen. Auch viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Gegend. Kaiser, Lidl, Edeka, Netto und Rossmann auch gleich um die Ecke! Auch der Kanal in der Nähe, so dass es noch interessanter, vor allem im Sommer die Situation.
