Die Wohnung verfügt über einen hellen Wohnraum mit Holzdielen und zwei großen Fenstern. Es sind ein Doppelbett, ein Esstisch und Schränke für Klamotten vorhanden. In der Diele befinden sich Küche (zwei Kochplatten, Kühlschrank), Dusche und Waschmaschine. Das WC ist separat. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Im Hof kann man Fahrräder abstellen. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Aus beruflichen Gründen möchte ich die Wohnung untervermieten.
