Hey liebe Leute,
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter vom 26.01 bis 15.07.2016.
Die Facts sind ja oben bereits erwähnt. Es ist eine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung mit einem halben Raum für die Küche. Durch das eingebaute Hochbett (Liegefläche 2x2 m), steht die komplette Wohnfläche zur Verfügung.
Das Bad ist schön cosy mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet.
Ansonsten habe ich soweit es geht schöne alte Retro-Möbel in der Wohnung.
Die Lage ist weitgehend ruhig aber dennoch zentral zwischen den Szene-Bezirken: Kreuzberg, Neukölln und F'hain.
Der nächste S-Bahnhof ist 5 min. entfernt (Treptower Park).
Das Park Center ist 2 min. entfernt und hat alle notwendigen Shops und Läden für den täglich Bedarf.
Die Nachbarn sind auch ziemlich locker und nett. Demnach kann die Musik kann auch mal lauter aufgedreht werden, das macht das wohnen ziemlich entspannt.

Haustiere will der Vermieter nicht in der Wohnung. I'm so sorry!
Ein Lohn- oder Gehaltsnachweis wäre auch ganz nett. Aber keine Angst, ich würde nur gerne sehen das ihr die Miete relativ sicher stemmen könnt.
