I sublet my beautiful and cosy flat in Berlin-Kreuzberg for one or two people between february 10th and march 10th, internet and utilities inclusive. Old building, high ceiling, old wooden floor with one big light room, a kitchen and a big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Beautifully furnished flat in very nice and quiet area with Landwehrkanal and Görlitzer Park in striking distance and the nicest Bars and Clubs within walking distance. This is my private flat, so please handle it with care.

Ich vermiete meine geliebte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Kreuzberg an ein oder zwei Personen im Zeitraum zwischen dem 10. Februar und 10. März (Daten um einige Tage flexibel). Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung (ein großes helles Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) mit hohen Decken, und Dielenfußboden. Die Straße ist grün und ruhig, umgeben vom schönen Landwehrkanal und dem Görlitzer Park. Die "szenigen" Kieze Kreuzbergs mit ihren Cafés, Bars und Flohmärkten (z.B. Schlesisches Tor und Kottbusser Tor) sind innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da es sich um meine Privatwohnung handelt, freue ich mich über rücksichtsvolle Mieter, die nicht in der Wohnung rauchen.
