I am subletting my 35m3 flat in Berlin Kreuzberg (Graefekiez next to Schoenleinstr U8).
It is a flat with a big room for living room and bedroom. The kitchen is separated and is with a dining table and everything to cook. There is a small entryway and the bathroom contains toilet, sink and shower.
It an old flat, so please do not except everything new and renovated, however everything works!
The flat is perfect for one person. No anmeldung, sorry.
I am looking for someone serious and respectful that can stay for the full period. This is not a flat for parties and my neighbour are very nice and quiet.

It is located near the Ubahn station Schönleinstrasse in graefekiez. Plus, there is the canal very close and Hasenheide park down the road to enjoy the june sunshine ! To go to the center, there is a direct subway line to Alexanderplatz in 15 min.
There is a choice of supermarkets with a small Edeka market on a corner 1 min from the building, or Netto, Edeka, Rossmann and Bio company in max 10 min walking.
The street is quiet but very close to nice restaurant, bars, and the vibrant Admiral Brücke!
I will ask for the copy of the ID and also we will sign a simple contract of subletting including the price and the deposit.
Sorry but no couples, the flat is small and the cost calculated for one person.
