Wir gehen auf große Reise und vermieten unsere gerade brandneu eingerichtete wunderschöne Wohnung in Kreuzberg (Schlesisches Tor) vom 1.2. bis zum 31.3.17
Die Wohnung kann nach Absprache länger oder kürzer angemietet werden. Ab Juni auch für mind. 12 Monate.
Die Wohnung ist super hell, wurde gerade komplett renoviert und möbliert, ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus und hat ein riesiges Zimmer, große Küche und Bad mit Wanne :).
Wlan, Waschmaschine...Nespresso inklusive!
Ein echter Traum...direkt an der Oberbaumbrücke an der Spree wo man auf den Fernsehturm blickt und im Herzen Kreuzbergs mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants, coolen Bars und Clubs...mehr Berlin geht nicht. Und im Hinterhaus des schönen Altbaus hört man statt Großstadtlärm höchstens die Spree!
Ihr solltet eine Kaution hinterlegen können und ein festes Einkommen haben. Raucher und Haustierbesitzer können wir leider nicht berücksichtigen.
